1. Pre-milling: Using double milling cutters to rework the wavy marks, burrs, or non-perpendicular surfaces caused by the cutting and sawing processes, achieving a better edge sealing effect.So that the edge strip and the plate are more tightly attached, the integrity and aesthetic value are better.

2. Edge sealing: Through a special structure, the edge sealing plate and edge sealing material are coated with glue evenly on both sides to ensure a more firm adhesion.

3. Straight: Through the movement of precision linear guide rail, the automatic tracking of the mold and the rapid cutting structure of high-frequency high-speed motor are adopted to ensure the flat and smooth cutting surface.

4. Finishing: The automatic mold tracking and high-frequency high-speed motor structure are used to ensure the smoothness of the upper and lower parts of the sheet metal after trimming.It is used to trim the excess edge material on the upper and lower sides of the processed plate edge strip.The precision cutting tool is an R-shaped blade.PVC and acrylic trim strips are primarily used for panel furniture, with thicker strips (over 0.8mm) being preferable.

7. Slotting: For direct slotting on wardrobe side panels, base plates, and similar surfaces to streamline the cutting process, making it more convenient and efficient. It is also applicable for creating slots in aluminum trim edges of door panels.
