Solution: Adjust the cylinder intake/exhaust pressure regulating valve to reduce the downward speed force completely. 2. Excessive upward pressure on the front end cutting component causes the plate to collide with the front gauge while moving. Solution: Adjust the pressure of the upward regulating valve at the front of the edge banding machine to make the force soft.

很多客户买了裁板锯后不会使用，不知道作业程序，主要循序以下步骤，就能正常使用裁板锯啦 1.开机前检查电源开关，气压是否达到0.7~0.8MPa。 2.归零后，用下角料试机（切割100mm）。 3.细读订单，根据切割指示书算出需要的板材数量，输入电脑等待下步操作。 4.将板材放在推床上，调好挡位尺寸。 5.根据板材硬度和厚度调整开料速度，将推床匀速推进 6.板材开出150mm左右时，接料员开始用手接，使板材保持平移直至开料结束。 7.切割过程中要保持先切割大件，用下角料切割小件，保证切割的优化率。 8.每开一种规格的板材，必须作首件自检，看长、宽、对角线尺寸是否符合质量要求，相邻两面是否保持90°。（简易判断方法：将同步出来的部件，其中一块反过来与下块部件对比） 9.切割好的板材要按照要求平放在周转车上，板材之间要用EPE垫板隔开。根据要求同一型号的产品归类放置，注意边角的保护。 10.板材运送过程中，将电机关闭节约用电，提高电机使用寿命。 11.作业结束，切断电源，为机器除尘，将余料等清理干净。
